Diet Doctor is a popular world renowned low carb website that runs an excellent low carb programme and has lots of great recipes. They have lots of information on the low carb approach including ketogenic diets and intermittent fasting.
Diabetes.co.uk has one of the largest diabetic forums and has a good low carb programme as well. Their website has good resources.
Dr Rangan Chatterjee has been inspirational for us and we also recommend checking out his website. His podcasts Feel Better Live More are also very insightful and thought provoking.
The Real Food Campaign is a wonderful website that captures the bigger picture about Real Food and they discuss issues like diversity, sustainability, soil health and many aspects related to Real Food.

Keto Fitness Club is another UK based keto website. They have great recipes and their low carb breads are good! They run workshops and cooking classes. They also provide meal plans.

BJ Fogg has been researching the science of habits at Stanford University for 20 years. He has written a must-read book titled Tiny Habits if you want to understand the science of behaviour change and to realise the effectiveness of making small changes. He has a free 5- day programme which is worth checking out as well.
